Our Quality Standards

Superior Machine Inc. continuously monitors and improves its processes to better satisfy customer requirements and will deliver no defect and on time parts. Superior Machine Inc. is an ISO 9002 compliant manufacturing and fabrication facility.  We have various controlled and calibrated measuring devices.  This ranges from micrometers and calipers to the Merlin CMM.  We here at Superior Machine Inc. also have an optical comparator, an A, B, & C scale Rockwell hardness tester, a surface tester and mill thickness gauges.  These are just part of the controlled instruments and machines used to monitor quality at Superior Machine Inc.  Material traceability is available upon request on all manufactured component parts at Superior Machine Inc.  A part of our Quality Systems program include: mandatory first piece inspection, constant in-process inspection and final inspection using a standard lot process.  We will also cater to the needs of our customers with other required inspections. Click play below to see the CMM in action!
