• 5 Production Saws with a maximum cut of 20” diameter
• Gun Drill with a maximum hole of 1” diameter and 48” deep
• Broaching machine with a 72” pull and 60 tons of force
• Hog drill of up to 96” long parts and a Multi-stage Hog drill for 20’ long parts
• Horizontal Gear Hobb
• 3 Davis keyseaters
• 100 ton press
• CNC Tubing Bender
• Radial Arm Drills
• Production Welding with carbide hard facing.

We also have access to the following processes:

Zinc Plating, Ion Nitriding, Powder Coating, Heat Treating, Meloniting, black oxide coating, laser cutting and many more.
